Case 42

the larval stage (high school and earlier)

These are from when I was much younger, so they're not as developed as the rest. I've put them here in the interest of completion, to share a bit of my past and the growth I hope I've gone through.

Tunnels (2 pgs.) -- A man wakes up in total darkness and doesn't know who he is, where he is or how he got there. One of my earliest stories.

Salvation (2 pgs.) -- A true story about the day I almost drowned.

Family Reunion (1 pg.) -- A stranger comes to a funeral.

Gone (2 pgs.) -- The shortest apocalypse story ever written.

The Sleeping Man (2 pgs.) -- A hospital filled with the smell of death.

No Left Side (3 pgs.) -- There's something about waking up in confusion I used to be obsessed with, must be something left over from childhood. This is my favorite of all the older stuff, sort of the bridge between the old me and the new me.
