Hi there!~
Today we will be learning to make waterglobes like this one:
Now this tutorial is written for people who are pretty handy with PSP7, and how to install and work filters or plug ins.
To begin need to download the following PSP filter:
Almathera Puddle please DO NOT email me asking how to install filters! If you do not know how to do this, then you will have to play with
whatever filter you already have that makes a splash, wave or water motion.
You will also need a Globe base, or globe base tube of your choice, a nice picture you like for background and of course a cartoon doll!~
