Biking central ohio june 2000 by harv otto
Took a bike ride Tuesday. Went north on the Olentangy Bikeway, took the Sharon Woods loop, went thru Westerville across Hoover Lake, on to Johnstown where I
connected with the Newark Rail Trail which got me to Lake Dillon, then headed to Zanesville, taking US40 back to Columbus. Trip stats - 152 miles, average 11mph which included uphill walking, 33mph downhill top speed, 6am-midnight included four meal stops and picture taking.
[Resampled and over wrote original pix to 300 to send email. Now saved copies to site folder and up loaded to family site. Original pix are now retained at original size.    A Longaberger basket as an office building?

   An old railway cutout.

The ageless beavers perpetually at work.

The falls of the Licking river below the Dillon dam.
