David Gilley, has played drums since age 12. He joined the first of many no name garage bands at age 16. At twenty years of age he joined his first working band(HOT ASH). They were together about 3 years before disbanding. After that Dave decided to really hone his drumming skills and did not play with any band for about ten years. In 1996 he felt he was ready to be "in a band" and joined the Mark Frydman band. He played with them about 2 years but they were not rockin' hard enough for Dave which brings him to Tornado Alley!!
