Schedule of Events (All Events will be at the Northwinds Motel, Brackley Beach, PEI)
The 6th Annual AGM and Banquet are going to be held on October 24th and 25th at the Northwinds Motel in Brackley Beach, PEI (2 minutes from Raceway Park)
The AGM will be held in PEI this year. There is NO COST to attend the meeting. The AGM will be open to all ADRA Members and interested racers. New Members may join at the door. Elections for the following positions will take place: Vice-President and all Class Reps. All members will be invited to bring forth any comments or suggestions during the meeting.
There will be a Friday Night Meet and Greet for all members and sponsors. There will be bar service available and it will be held at the Northwinds.
Tickets for the Dinner and Dance are now available for $30 each. These include a buffet meal (main courses included Roast Beef and Chicken Cordon Bleu) and the Dance. Music will be supplies by DJ Gordie Cox (he did our last dance in PEI and it was a "Rockin" Good Time!!!)
Tickets are limited, so make sure to get yours today. Make sure to reserve your room ASAP, as this promises to be the LARGEST AGM to date!!!! Reservations can be made by calling the North Winds Motel in Brackley Beach, PEI at 1-800-901-2245, special room rates for the ADRA are $65.00 based on double occupancy for a regular room or $125.00 for the Executive Suites.
