Hi, Gail Morgan here, creator of this Jordan Zed fan page. I used to work in a radio station putting together the music for the dj's. One of the best parts of the job was getting to pick the cuts that would hit the charts big time, and I was pretty darned good at it. I think I still have the touch. The first time I heard Jordan Zed sing, it was on stage at the Imperial Theatre in Saint John. I knew that here was a major talent in the raw. I felt that old excitement. When his mini-cd came out, I was further convinced of it. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what it is that makes a talent 'special' -- sure, a combination of brilliant writing, passion, a great voice -- but something more, that intangible something that creates what we can only call 'magic'.Last summer, Jordan Zed, singer/songwriter / pianist / arranger recorded his first mini-CD with producer Hayward Parrott (engineer for David Foster's Tears Are Not Enough). Since November, it practically flew off the shelves. (Of course I snatched up my copy early.)
Jordan Zed has been creating and performing his own music since he was four years old. And now he is blazing a path to bring his unique sound to you. Watch for this exciting new star on the horizon.
