Chapter 6

Andy sat cross-legged in the middle of her bed watching B.J. get ready for her date, "He is so cute, you really have to meet him sometime. Oh, I forgot, you will meet him at school. Did I mention he's a football player? He's a wide receiver."

Andy nodded, B.J. had mentioned all of this several times but she realized that B.J. was only excited. "So, how cute is he?"

"B.J. giggled as she put on her lip-gloss, "Very." She stopped and looked into the miror, she appeared to think for a moment and then turned," I think I have a pic in my notebook." She went to her backpack that was lying at the foot of the double bed and searched thru her notebook, "Ahah! Here he is. This was taken a few weeks ago, that's my friend Becky on the other side of him."

Andy took the picture and looked at it for several seconds. The guy had a leather jacket on, and he was cute. The dark and rugged type, "Yeah, he is cute. Where are you guys going?"

"We are going to meet some friends and then go see a movie."

"Cool."

"How do I look?" B.J. asked turning around.

"Andy smiled,"A knock out."

B.J. rolled her eyes, "I only wish." she said grabbing her jean jacket, "Now, if anyone asks you say..."

Andy put on her best innocent look and shrugged, "I have no idea where exactly B.J. is."

B.J. grinned, "Very good, thank you, and I will see you later."

"Okay, and don't foget to be careful. He is a football player after all and they usually want only one thing."

"Yes, mother, I will be careful. Bye!"

Andy shook her head as B.J. dissapeared out the door, the girl was wack.

Sterling was sitting behind a mound of papers at ther desk in her so-called "office." Basically it was a closet. All of a sudden she heard the familiar ring of the phone, but couldn't tell which stake it was from. Just then her assistant Jermemy came in, "Do you have those negatives done yet boss?"

She held up her hands for silence as she tried to figure out where the phone was. After she searched for several seonds she found it. She sighed in relief, "Sterling Cambell." She said into the receiver as she shuffled thru some file folders to find the proofs to give to Jeremy.

"Ms. Cambell, I have called to make a request." Came the familiar voice she couldn't quite place.

"Yes? May I ask you who is speaking?"

"This is Brian, Brian Littrell." Sterling stopped s she handed the folder to Jeremy, holdong the phone with her shoulder. She grabbed the receiver, "Oh, Mr. Littrell, yes, what can I do for you?"

"Simple really, have dinner with me, and please just call me Brian."

Jeremy gave Sterling an odd look as he left. She just glared at him and sat down in her chair slowly, "Well, Mr. ... I mean Brian, I don't usually date people involoved with work.

"So, if I fire you and hire another photographer will the answer be yet?"

Sterling found this humorous and laughed, "I don't think so."

"It's nothing fancy, just dinner."

Sterling thought for a moment," Alright, if it is just dinner."

"Fabulous!" Brian said from the other end, "Why don't you give me your home phone and I will call you later tonight."

Sterling agreed, gave him her home phone, and smiled for the rest of the day. She had a date.

"I know you know where she is, now tell me!" Nick growled at Andy.

Andy stood at the counter cutting an apple and totally anfazed by Nick's tone, "I have no idea where B.J. is at the moment."

"Yes, you do."

"No, I don't." she answered cockily.

"She is not supposed to go out without talking to my parents first."

"Well, your parents are not here, are they?"

"Stop running around in circles and tell me where she is!" Nick said getting more angry every minute.

"NO!" Andy spat back.

"WHERE IS SHE?!?" Nick screamed at her.

"I DON'T KNOW!!" Andy yelled back. Nick glared down at her and she jsut returned it with one of her own, "You do not scare me at all, Nick Carter. Superstar or not, you can not boss ME around." With that she took her apple and wakledout of the kitchen leaving him to growl under his breath? Andy shut the door behind her and sighed, "Well, that went nicely." She rolled her eyes, picked up a magazine and stretched out over the bed. So much for becoming friends with the likes of him, she thought.
