Charlie Reber has been
creating naturally carved decoys and marine yard ornaments for most of his
life. A native to The Outer Banks, He has devoted many hours to creating
wonderful birds which has been both shown and sold at many craft shows, including
the Annual Wildlife Show held in VA Beach, VA, & The Hatteress Lighthouse
Craft Show, on Hatteress Island, NC.
