The next day, Leslie and Amy were lying outside in the sun when Leslie saw Christina. She was sitting in the grass reading a book. Just then, Aj walked up to Amy and grabbed her from behind.
"Ask not what you can do for your Bone, ask what your Bone can do for you," Aj said as he kissed Amy on the cheek.
Amy smiled,"Hey AJ." They chatted for a while as Leslie saw Nick. He walked up to Christina, catching Leslie's eye as he looked over for a second. Nick and Christina talked for a second, then Nick kissed her on the cheek as he walked away. Leslie walked up to her. "So you really dance for the Backstreet Boys?"
Christina answered her,"Yeah well, my mom kicked me out when I was 16...been dancing ever since."
"I envy you." Leslie responded. Christina rolled her eyes and walked away.
Amy walked up to Leslie, "Hey, I need you to cover for me tonight. Just tell mom and dad I'm sick in bed."
"Why?" Leslie asked.
"Well, I'm going Aj's room...he's going to... uhhh... show me his new tattoo..." Leslie rolled her eyes and agreed. That night Leslie went with her parents to a dance in the spa's gazebo dance floor.
Mr. Ferraro was talking to Leslie's dad, as one of his older female guests spoke to him, " Wow Lou, you gotta get more guests that can dance like this one!" The woman was dancing with Nick. Leslie smiled as he watched Nick dance with the old woman. He was so sweet.
She turned back however when she heard a voice beside her, " Let's get outta here sweetie." Leslie cringed as she recognized the voice. It was Marc, Mr.Ferraro's son. He had met Leslie the day they arrived. Leslie unwillingly went with him. They walked by the suites to a bridge nearby. As Leslie stood there, bothered with Marc making passes at her, she thought about Nick. "Leslie," Marc started,"I love to watch your hair blowing in the wind." Leslie rolled her eyes as she heard a door slam. She saw Amy running out of Aj's room, pulling her clothes on.
AJ opened the door and yelled to her,"That's right! Run back to daddy!" Amy continued to stomp off.
Marc started again,"I'm sorry you had to see that baby. Some guys are just not nice." Leslie again rolled her eyes as Marc took her arm and led her to the kitchen. "You hungry?" he asked as he opened the fridge. Leslie nodded her head. "You can have anything you want," he said,"as long as it's cheese or a pickle." Leslie heard someone in the room with them. She looked over to see Christina huddled in the corner of the kitchen. She was crying.
Leslie went up to Marc, "Ya know, I'm not that hungry anymore, let's just get back." When they got back to the gazebo, Marc's father stopped him to attend to a matter of business. This was the perfect opportunity. Leslie had to find Nick, he'd know what to do about Christina. She saw Chris first, so told him instead. He went to tell Nick, who was still dancing with the same woman. Nick left immediately. As they ran to the kitchen Chris and Nick began to talk about Christina, not seeing that Leslie was tagging along. Along the way, Nick yelled, "Dammit, if she was in trouble she should have come to me!" Hearing this, Leslie was confused.
"What's wrong with her?" she asked.
Chris blurted, "She's knocked up, Leslie..."
"Damn Chris, just tell the whole world why don't ya!" Nick shouted angrily.
"Well what's he gonna do about it?" Leslie asked.
Nick sternly replied,"Oh what, just cause she's pregnant you automatically think it's mine?"
Leslie, in shock at Nick's outburst could only stammer, "But I just thought that....." They got to the kitchen ad Nick ran to Christina. He held her in his arms as Leslie looked on. She didn't know what was going to happen......
