Rayanne awoke to the sound of a baby crying behind her. She realized she had a stiff neck as she looked around.

“I wonder how long I’ve been sleeping?” she thought to herself. She looked at her watch. 4:08.

“It’s a good thing I woke up, we should be almost there.” she continued the conversation in her head.

She picked up her discman off the seat and put it back in her bag. She did the same with her new phone and the food. She couldn’t put the jellybeans in her bag the way they were, so she grabbed a handful and shoved them in her mouth. She waited until she saw the flight attendant and motioned for him to come over to her seat.

“Here’s your computer, cooler and baskets back. Thank you very much.”

“You’re welcome Miss Winters” said the man whose nametag read Zack. “There will be another computer on the next plane. Be sure and let them know who you are so they can give it to you.”

“Man,” Rayanne thought to herself. “It’s like I’m the one who’s frigin’ famous. I’m being treated like a queen on here.”

“Thank you again for everything.” Rayanne said.

Zack said it was not a problem and walked away with the stuff. Rayanne couldn’t wait to get on the other plane and go back to sleep. She was so exhausted.

The pilots voice came booming through the plane requesting they prepare to land. Rayanne buckled her seatbelt and held her carry-on on her lap. The plane landed without a problem. She carried her bags off the plane into the airport and headed quickly to the gate for her next flight. This one would take her from Phoenix all the way to London...and to Nick.
