I started learning how to paint icons when I was about nine years old. My father taught me the basic techniques using scraps of wood and tempra ("poster") paints. Today I've moved up to acylic paints on gessoed panels. I am greatly indebted to my dad for teaching me how to paint. I still have much to learn, and it's always good to be able to go ask his help.

Here are a few examples of my iconography from recent years. Some photographs and scans are not that great, so I apologize in advance.
