Tammy Belanger was walking to school on the morning of November 13, 1984, in Exeter, NH when she went missing. She was last seen at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Court Street in Exeter, NH.
Court Street passes through the campus of Phillips Exeter Academy (PEA), leads into downtown Exeter, and also leads out of town and to Massachusetts.
Tammy was a shy and quiet child and it is doubtful she would have willingly gotten into a stranger's vehicle without drawing some attention to herself. Tammy has brown crossed-eyes. At the time she had a slender build and a fair complexion.
Court St. is a fairly busy street. Think back. Were you in Exeter in 1984? Did you see a child struggling with an adult? Did you see someone pull over and talk to a child? Were you in the PEA courts? Did you hear a child scream? Anything you think may not matter, might. Don't be afraid to come forward. Tammy deserves the right to come home, one way or another. No one's given up. The hunt for Tammy continues. Think! Think! Think!
