Technical Requirements
Boulevard East is totally self-contained; our technical
requirements are quite simple: A tuned acoustic piano (preferably a baby grand or grand, but we can use an
upright); Three microphones and a sound system, preferably with a
technician to operate it; Three microphone stands – two straight stands and one
boom stand at the piano Those are our only requirements – stage setting can be
as elaborate or as simple as you wish. We would ask for some kind of lighting to distinguish the playing area from the audience, but that is not necessary. |
