RECEPTION Pre-reception for top-price ticket holders only in the Club Bar & Grill and Terrace from 8-9pm. Attendance expected to be 700-900 people. Guests will enter via both concierge entrances where they will get their ticket torn and enter Arena via 6th floor escalator. Directional signage will be provided. They will receive merchandise on the Terrace.

LOAD-IN INFORMATION
Prior to load-in Wed. 12/29: La Cuisine truck to arrive between 4-6pm and remain in Expo until 3pm 1/1/00. Will require 100amp, 208v, 3 phase-5 wire service upon arrival to remain until 2am 1/1. Press Room to be available to preset Thursday's breakfast. May augment refrigeration with additional 14' truck on Thurs. 12/30.

HOUSE & STAGE INFORMATION
HOUSE Complete clear floor. (Sections 1-8). Chair bucks can be stacked in front of Section 9-12. Bike racks around at left and right of stage, (3) sections a side, and around mix. No barricade.
STAGE Show provides end stage, 57' x 47' x 5'. Access path behind stage, 5' off upstage edge. Stairway cutout not required. Show provides rails. Show provides skirt and carpet on stage.

RISERS MSG provides (1) 12'x 16'x 30" sound wing built after stage in place. Also, (1) 4'x 8'x 3' for camera platform in audience near Gate 54, exact location and dimensions TBD.
SOFT GOODS Wall behind stage to be draped. Show provides drape.
SPECIAL EFFECTS Smoke machines Balloon drop: several deliveries of (4) bags of balloons on Wednesday, 12/29. Confetti cannons
SOUND/LIGHTS/PROJECTION INFORMATION
SOUND Mix location is Section 6 & 7. Area: 16' x 16' deck. Power: 400 amp, 3 phase. Rigging: (4) 2-ton, (20) 1-ton Location of amps: left and right All sound is flown. Rear fill. Sound check is 4:00 pm, 10/30.
LIGHTS Mix location is Section 6 & 7. Area: 16'x 16' on wood platforms Power: (2) 600 amp, 3 phase. Dimmer Location: Upstage left. Rigging Points: (48) 1-ton Power onstage provided by sound. (14) truss spots (may add (2) house spots, tbd on 12/30.) Show provides clear com.
PROJECTION/CAMERAS Rear video projection, screens are LED. (4) 16' diameter circles: center, left, right and rear. Rigging: (6) 1-ton (1) projectionist, Thurs, 12/30, 10:00 am (4) cameras to get feed from MSG for ABC-TV (2) songs to be recorded for broadcast on ABC-TV. Recording truck needs TV feed from MSG for Times Square ball drop. Use of GardenVision video required to show Times Square. CCTV to be used. Need monitors and feed into Multi-purpose for guests.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
BACKSTAGE REQUIREMENTS Pipe & drape/Tables Required in backstage corridor for hospitality by Medical Office and to extend all the way down to Multi-purpose and zamboni dump. Drape provided by Dave, furniture vendor, and installed by NY Dec. Tables: (15) undraped tables for hospitality area, set up time tbd. (12) for Expo for food prep set up on Wed.
Dressing rooms Please set up DR #1 and #2 first.

GARDEN SERVICES/SECURITY Show to provide passes. Metal detectors to be utilized. Dog bomb-search requested at 4pm on 12/30 & 12/31. Overnight: (3) men, Thurs. 10pm to Fri. 2pm.
PARTIES Pre-reception in the Terrace and Club. After-show toast backstage for artist and his guests only.
CATERING/CONCESSIONS Outside caterer is La Cuisine. Catering truck to park and power in Expo. 24' Ryder will arrive Wed., 12/29. May require additional 14' truck on TV pad, or wherever convenient, to provide additional support/ refrigeration on Thursday. All crew meals in Press Room. Will provide refreshments for backstage party, 8:30pm-1:30am, 12/31.
