Almost everyone these days love mexican food. Restaurants have sprouted up by the tens in most cities large and small. Why do so many people love mexican food? Simple! It fills you up and tastes awesome! It is just one of those types of foods that you can never get tired or sick up.

Here is a collection of mexican recipes that I have collected and prepared over time and time again. One of these recipes gets prepared in my kitchen at least once a week. Why spend all the money at restaurants when you can prepare the same food at home right?
