Welcome, and thanks for visiting my page! My purpose here is to share my struggles with eating disorders in order to hopefully encourage those who are dealing with them as well as share some information about eating disorders in general.

I don't update the page very much but if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or whatever, feel free to contact me (see the bottom of the page for my email but please refer to the webpage in the subject so i don't think you're junkmail). Thanks and be good to yourselves!
