With all the things to do and see at Burning Man, its difficult to see
everything - less alone even know what there is to see. At our Burning Man Travel
Center (BMTC), there'll be a listing of when events are happening, what theme
camps fit your interests, what tours are available, and you'll find a cool place
to party (conveniently located next to Bianca's Smut Shack - The BEST place to
relax and enjoy Burning Man). At BMTC you'll travel in style with the
best tour guides at Burning Man!
Important Note:
Remember that there are NO Tourists at Burning Man! Everyone there is a participant
- if you are not a participant, BMTC will not let you ride. BMTC is a theme camp - not
an actual commercial tour service - We don't want no stinkin' tourists ruining Burning Man!
In the past:
there has been the motorized couch - taking you from one end of burning man
to the other. Its a great form of transportation for those that got to ride, the
only problem was that it didn't offer tours, and it had very limited seating. Note the
sign that says: Naked Women Ride Free - a policy that points to the fact that participants
(NOT TOURISTS) get to ride free. Please note that BMTC does NOT accept money - everyone
that is a participant gets to ride free - if you are not a participant (ie. the press),
we will not let you ride.
Enter BMTC '98
This theme camp began as an idea spawned by all the missed events that
were left unexperienced at prior Burning Mans. With all the things to
do and see at Burning Man, it's difficult to see everything - less alone
even know what there was to see. At our Travel Service Center, you'll find
a listing of when/what events are happening, what tours are available, what
each theme camp is about, and you'll have found a cool place to party.
Behind the Scenes Tours
We have the dream vacation for diverse tastes (and we mean diverse!)
Each tour has a detailed narration telling you about each camp, and the
history behind it. This enables you to find out which camps are interesting
enough to spend time at. You'll travel in style with the best tour guides
at Burning Man! We can offer several different types of tours - safari tours,
friendly fun tours, drunk party tours, sex tours - you name it, and we will
try to make your fantasies come true!
Selection
We will try to provide the tour that most suits you. From a cozy
private carriage ride for 2, to open air seating for 6, or multiple tour
vehicles that can carry groups of 18 (or more depending on what help we get -

and then set you free (most of the time) to set out on your own.
