Because there are different types of lessons (duh) and different grade levels (duh again) I have chosen to list only those sites that cater to multiple subject areas. Most of these sites are not geared towards any particular age, grade, or subject. These are simply humongous sites with TONS of lesson plans for all teachers. One of my largest pet peeves concerns educational sites that require fees for the information -- whether that be lesson plans, projects, or materials. Teachers network in order to share ideas and promote growth for our students and ourselves. Educators should freely distribute any helpful hints. . .God knows we need 'em more and more! So, this is a small list of free, mostly comprehensive sites. The sites labeled resources are those sites that contain interesting, often helpful information. These may be used in the class, or as a helpful aid in trying to locate materials. Please contact me if any of the links are inapplicable.
