The Journey BeginsMy wife and I must have looked at over 1000 buses before deciding to use the Prevost for our "Home Away From Home" project. Next it was time to find one we could afford. Thanks to the hard work of Jim Hepher of the Prevost shop in Mira Loma California, we found our "Dream Bus". After much creative financing, we were able to take her home. Our bus is an '88 Prevost Le Mirage XL 102". Engine is a Detroit Diesel 8V92 Turbo with Allison HT740 5 Speed Automatic. The drive from Riverside to Las Vegas was interesting to say the least. Almost 5 hours of 50+ MPH winds.
