Great Leader
He is the new Tamerlane Pasha, the Uzbek horseman who conquered Afghanistan in the 14th century and started an empire that stretched from Baghdad to the western frontier of China

While much of the rest of Afghanistan was in ruins, Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum's stronghold of Mazar-i-Sharif - a city of around five million people - was thriving.
