SPECIAL EFFECTS...

From Earth it is possible to see several "special effects" in the sky. Some of these effects are due to peculiarities of the Earth's magnetic field and atmosphere. Other effects depend on the position of the objects in the solar system, especially the sun, Earth and Moon. Meteor showers are an effect produced by space dust burning up in the atmosphere.
