Officer Chris Thormann- Friend to Detective Crosetti; Crosetti thinks of Thormann as his own child. Thormann got shot in the face and lost his vision. Chris is married to Eva Thormann and has a child with her. Chris has never seen his child. Chris was vey upset with the death of Detective Crosetti.

Detective Paul Falsone- First appeared on Homicide during the investigation into the death of Detective Beau Felton. Became a regular beginning with Season 6 (1997). Is divorced from his wife and has a young son. Spent part of Season 6 trying to get custody of his child. Is now dating fellow detective Laura Ballard.

Tom Marans- Was the boyfriend of the victim in Detective Crosetti's Chilters case. After the death of Crosetti, the case was assigned to Detective Kay Howard who got nowhere in the case after Detective Beau Felton lost a bunch of letters from Chilters' ex-boyfriend given to him by Marans. The daughter of Chilters then came in a said when she saw her mother murdered, she saw the letters "M" and "T" on the man's shirt. Detective Meldrick Lewis and Detective Mike Kellerman go behind Detective Howard's back and crack the case themselves. "M" and "T" backwards stands for Tom Marans and after getting Marans in the box, he confessed. Marans said he couldn't stand his girlfriend always talking about how great a lover her ex-boyfriend was.

Doctor Eli Devilbliss- One of the top physicians at a local Baltimore hospital.
