Hey yo. Alright, I'm back again. Let me just give everybody an update on how the domain is coming. As of right now, if all goes well, there is a VERY good possibility that we may open it up tonight, but for some reason, the server seems to be down now, and I'm still waiting for InterNIC to update my records. But the server should be back up soon, and hopefully we can get this thing on the road. If not today, possibly tomorrow. Anyway, here are today's news and rumors.

First off, I have to admit that both RAW and Nitro were above average in quality last night. Both shows were entertaining, and hopefully this will keep up, and even get better soon. Anyway, one of our readers attended RAW last night, and according to him, there were some pretty interesting happenings. Click HERE for the Live RAW notes. Thanks to Justin for sending them in.

I have some good news for all of our fans in the UK. Thanks to Mark Creed for sending in the following email:
"Dear Triple A,
I recently found out some news on the WWF coming back to the Uk. It will be WWF Rebellion it the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham, England. Tickets go on sale Saturday 3rd July. Please put this info in your news and rumors.
Thanks
Mark Creed

It has been mentioned for a while, and it has finally happened. WWF.com has been re-designed. I have to admit, the site looks very good, and very professional. You can check out the new look site by clicking HERE.

While visiting WWF.com, I noticed something in their news section. It has now been confirmed, WWF The Music Volume IV is in the works. With the enormous success of Volume III, the WWF has decided to make another album. For all the details, click HERE.

As you can obviously tell from last night on RAW, Ivory is turning heel. She is obviously doing an angle VERY similar, almost identical, to the angle Sable did before her "departure." As for the "fan" that was attacked by Ivory on RAW, I have a feeling that we may see more of her soon, with the WWF once again looking to expand their Women's division.

The biggest angle going on in WCW right now, is quite possibly, Who was driving the Hummer that hit Nash's limo a few weeks ago on Nitro? Well, if you saw the end of Nitro last night, while Kevin Nash was escaping in his limo, Sting's face was spotted on the side door mirror of the hummer. Now, I have no idea what that was all about, but this may play into an angle where Nash continuously suspects Sting of driving the hummer. However, in the end will turn on to be somebody else.

My pick for the Hummer Driver is Hollywood Hogan. Hogan is currently out with his knee injury, and there are rumors that once he returns, he will be placed in the World Title picture, and possibly feud with Nash. What better way to start a feud between Nash and Hogan than to have Hogan be the driver of the Hummer?

Another thing that happened at the end of Nitro last night was Kevin Nash walking away with both Gorgeous George and Torrie Wilson. Nash carried George, but Torrie went away with Nash on her own. It seems that Torrie has once again aligned herself with Nash, and may possibly become his valet. As for Gorgeous George, this is just adding feud to the fire in the Nash/Savage feud.

Remember when Goldberg made the challenge to Steve Austin on the Tonight Show, with Jay Leno? Well, the WWF seemed to just ignore the challenge, but apparently there was more to it. According to the WCW Hotline, the WWF attempted to put Austin on Leno to respond to Goldberg's challenge. However, the Tonight Show wanted Austin to accept the challenge, but that's not what the WWF had in mind, and apparently Austin's appearance was rejected. Interesting.

In an update on Raven, Kevin Nash stated on Mark Madden's radio show that Raven is NOT leaving WCW, and he has NOT been given an offer to "explore other options." According to Nash, WCW has "big plans" for Raven once he returns. However, the bad news for Raven fans is that he is stil recovering from his rotator cuff injury, and may be out of action for a couple of months.

Here is something that just baffles me. According to the WCW Hotline, Master P is being paid $200,000 PER APPEARANCE in WCW. ?!?! This obviously is making some wrestlers extremely upset, and considering the ratings Master P has brought in (ha), this is another huge mistake by WCW.

I'm going to cut it short once again. For some reason, I'm having some very bad connection problems, and the weather has become horrible over the last few minutes. Anyway, I'll see you all later. Take care, and get ready for the domain!

Hey yo. Okay, first thing's first. I know this report is extremely late, but I was expecting BIG Ry to do a report today. But, he called me a few minutes ago, and it seems that the power in his entire neighborhood is out, which brings me here today. Anyway, I'll try to get in a quick report, so without going into further detail, here are today's news and rumors.

Let's start off with some very interesting news. BIG Ry mentioned to me that DirectTV had another one of their famous RAW previews, and once again, it looks like it has revealed something. The preview is as follows:
Hour 1: New WWF Owner
Hour 2: Steve Austin, Vince, and Shane McMahon
Now, what could they mean by "New WWF Owner"? Personally, I have no idea, but RAW should be very interesting tonight, as it always is following a pay per view.

Now, let's talk about how unpredictable the WWF has been. The WWF released the cover of the King of the Ring tape, and it stated clearly that the Big Show would be the winner. However, that did not happen, and the WWF may have changed their plans at the last second, as they have done in the past. Then, the DirectTV preview that I just posted, was up before the actual King of the Ring event. Many people figured, "New WWF owner?, I guess that means Austin is going to win" Obviously, that didn't happen. This just goes to show you, anything can happen in the WWF.

The recent poll that I have put up asks, "Who do you think will be the next WWF Champion?" Last I checked, about 80% of the votes went to Triple H. Why you ask? Well, it's obvious that there are a lot of smart people out there. It has been rumored for a long time that Triple H would get the World Title soon, and he was even promised a world title push a few months ago when he re-signed with the WWF. As you have seen, a feud between Triple H and the Undertaker is developing, and with the Undertaker as champion, and with Triple H being rumored to take the title soon, it all comes together.

In WCW news, there is a rumor going around that one of the women from Team Madness may break away soon. An angle may develop where the women have arguments on television, and this may eventually lead to the departure of either Miss Madness or Madusa, and would also lead to a possible feud between the two ladies.

According to the WCW Hotline, Ric Flair has a big surprise for Kevin Nash tonight. What could this surprise be? I really have no clue, but it should be interesting.

Speaking of Flair, there is a rumor going around that David Flair may return tonight on Nitro. David Flair is currently wrestling in the WCW Power Plant, and he may be ready for his return. Could he have something to do with Ric Flair's surprise?

On the same subject, there is also a rumor that Torrie Wilson will be making her return tonight on Nitro. She was rumored to be accompanying Ric Flair, but if in fact David Flair makes his return, she should be in his corner. Torrie has been backstage at Nitro for the past few weeks, due to David Flair's time spent in the WCW Power Plant. Hopefully they will both return tonight.

There are rumors that the Macho Man, Randy Savage does not want to be involved in the recent "Old vs. New" angle in WCW. The reason of course, is the Macho Man does not want to be portrayed as an "old guy."

In an update on the Warrior, the WCW Hotline is reporting that he may be currently wrestling in Australia. Personally, I would love to see the Warrior return, because back in the day, I was an Ultimate Warrior mark. But things don't look too great for the Warrior right now, and due to his many no-shows, and his unreliability, I wouldn't expect him to be back anywhere anytime soon.

Wade Keller reports that Scott Steiner's back injury is getting worse and worse. There has even been some serious talk about having Steiner retire from wrestling all togther. Personally, I would hate to see this happen, since I feel that when Steiner was in WCW, he was their best mic worker, and best heel, and to tell you the truth, he was my favorite WCW superstar. If he does retire, it would be a huge loss for WCW.

That's all for now. Another one cut short. Good luck to everybody that has applied for the new columnist spot. The application should be up for a couple of more days, so if you haven't applied, do it now. Also, get ready for the new site coming soon. We're going to be bigger and better than ever. We will be moving to our own domain VERY soon, so get ready. With all that said and done, I'll see you all later. Take care.

Hey yo. We've finally done it. We've finally registered our own domain. We should be making the switch soon, so get ready. Anyway, until then, let's get to today's news and rumors.

Let's start off with some news on WCW, and their recent signing of Master P. There are rumors going around that WCW is very upset with how things have been going lately with Master P. If you saw Nitro last week, Master P did not get a very good reaction, and it was even in front of his home town, of New Orleans, Louisiana. Master P is signed to a one year contract, but there are rumors that WCW is now realizing their mistake, and are having second thoughts on the signing. There are even rumors that Master P is very upset as to how everything has been going, and he may have even considered/is considering leaving.

Speaking of Master P, Konnan is planning on making two new tracks for the upcoming WCW Album, which is scheduled to be released in October of this year, by Tommy Boy Records. Konnan's two new songs would be with Snoop Doggy Dogg and Master P, and Fat Joe and Big Pun. If WCW can get them to play the new songs with Konnan, you can expect the album to sell big.

A huge bit of news that has been going around is something very interesting that was spotted on Chris Jericho's official website. If you visit the link page of Chrisjericho.com, (http://www.chrisjericho.com/linkpage.htm) you will notice something very interesting. A while ago, the top link under Wrestling Pages was to WCW.com. However, that link has now been removed, and a link to WWF.com has been placed instead. Ha, take that for what you will.

Ric Flair apparently is suffering from a back injury, and it is severely hurting his in-ring ability. There are rumors that Flair may retire from the ring all together. However, if he does retire from the ring, you can still expect him to play a role in WCW. After all, he is their "president."

Speaking of Ric Flair, even though he said there would be no more Hardcore matches, last week on Thunder, do not expect WCW to get rid of them. As of right now, the Hardcore matches are one of the most entertaining things in WCW, and they realize that getting rid of them would just hurt themselves. This is just an angle, and a possibility is that WCW may stop sanctioning the matches. However, they will still go on.

In an update on Goldberg, reports are that the former WCW Champion is still taking some time off to rest his knee injury, and as of right now, apparently has no plans to return to WCW for a while. He is still attempting to renegotiate his WCW contract, but Eric Bischoff apparently has no plans to change it.

There are reports that WCW Saturday Night is in for a major face lift. Jimmy Hart will apparently be in charge of the new look of the show, and it will consist of another new set, and most likely more decent matches on the show. However, don't expect many main eventer matches. The show may consist of Mid Card matches, possibly similar to the matches on WCW Thunder. This will be a good way for WCW to push some of their mid card talent. The WWF has recently upped the level of matches on WWF Shotgun, and hopefully WCW will make Saturday Night watchable again. If you remember, a few years ago, Saturday Night was WCW's main show.

Some good news for all you video game freaks out there. The official WCW Mayhem website has released 6 new screenshots of the upcoming game. You can check them out HERE.

In WWF news, Jim Ross is backing up the rumor that Jerry "The King" Lawler may run for mayor of his hometown, of Memphis, Tennessee. Lawler is apparently very serious about the running, and will make his final decision in a few weeks. However, according to Jim Ross, if Lawler does in fact become mayor, his announcing job on RAW won't change. That's good to hear.

For all you WWF merchandise fans, the WWF and Home Shopping Network have teamed up once again. This Monday night, immediately after the live RAW is WAR from Charlotte, North Carolina. As always, the Home Shopping Network will have some exclusive WWF merchandise.

Here is the complete King of the Ring Card for tonight, from Greensboro, NC.
- Handicap Ladder Match - Steve Austin vs. Vince & Shane McMahon (Winner(s) control the WWF)
- World Title Match - The Rock vs. The Undertaker
- Tournament - Mr. Ass vs. Ken Shamrock
- Tournament - The Big Show vs. Kane
- Tournament - Road Dogg vs. Chyna
- Tournament - Hardcore Holly vs. X-Pac

That's all for today. Remember, for those of you not getting tonight's King of the Ring, we will be providing LIVE match by match coverage, so stop by here tonight starting at 8:00pm EST. That's all for now. Later.

By BIG Ry

Hellllllooooooooooo readers, it's BIG Ry here at The People's Wrestling Website doing the news and rumors. Well, I'm in a great mood right now {Even though my Knicks lost and the Spurs are NBA champs :( } , so on with the rumors.

First off, according to Jim Ross, the World Wrestling Federation has withdrew their offer to the Franchise, Shane Douglas a couple weeks ago. So if Shane is not going to the WWF, he is either going to WCW or ECW. My money is that the Franchise and leader of the Triple Threat will be headed to Atlanta.

For those of who are wondering, expect Brian Christopher to return to WWF television in a couple of weeks even though he'll be out till the earliest September. With the new Too Cool gimmick, it's gonna be great to see Brian back on TV since this gimmick is simply pure hilarious and much more entertaining then the Too Much gimmick the team portrayed for a couple of months.

Just a reminder, Ryan Shamrock and Val Venis will be on USA's Happy Hour at 9 PM to 10 PM. Well, I'm not the biggest fan of the show and hopefully Val and Ryan won't go the same route that the last WWF star to appear on the show (Sable).

Hey if you ever wanted to see the WWF on DVD, then do I have news for you. JR reports that the classic Wrestlemania 15 will be available on DVD and includes Stone Cold Steve Austin and the Rock providing their thoughts on the epic world title match.

Good ol'Jr reports that the newest member of the Mean Street Posse (Jason Adhernt) may be called "Heater". Now it was rumored that he would portray Willie Green but with the World Wrestling Federation, you never know.

Another tidbit from the Ross Report...expect the Sunday Night Heat announcing team of Michael Cole and Kevin Kelly to call the WWF's Thursday Night Show, Smackdown. Even though, I would prefer JR and the King as the announcing team because they are the best in the business. But then again, both Cole and Kelly aren't half bad.

Forgot to report this a couple of days back but the next batch of WWF videos are on sale at a Video Store near you. The titles of the videos are as following: The Rock: Know your role, Stone Cold Steve Austin: Hell Yeah, The Best of WWF RAW is WAR volume 1, and Come Get Some: The Women of the WWF. Personally, all four of these would be great for anyone wrestling video collection, I own the Undertaker video and seen two WCW videos and I must say the WWF produces a better product in the home video market then WCW.

Expect WWF.com to get a face lift on Monday in order to make the site look more professional Click here for the a preview of the new look.

I caught Vince McMahon's appearance on Conan on Thursday night/Friday morning and here's brief report. Vince was the second guest and before he came out, they showed backrounda little video on the Austin/McMahon feud with Nas's Hate me now playing. After that McMahon came out, he plugged his King of the Ring Handicap Ladder match against Steve Austin, then Conan brought up the lack of merchandise that Vince has compared to the Rattlesnake (Austin's-Talking Head, Rug, t shirts, etc. Vince- An action figure with a microphone), both Conan, Andy Ricther (O'Brien's side kick), and Mr. McMahon agreed that the action figure was pretty crappy. They also discussed the look of shock that occurs when Vince sees Austin. Conan wondered what in any way could he do in pro wrestling... Vince stated that O'Brien would be a great manager and that he could manage Andy. Then McMahon took out a T shirt with Andy's picture on it saying his ring name "Cheeks." Then they discussed Ted Turner and Vince stated that his mother told him that if he couldn't say something nice about someone then don't say nothing at all but he stated "All I can say about Ted is that he's a son of a bitch" After that they plugged the KOTR and the interview concluded.

Well, enough with the WWF, on to World Championship Wrestling. Well, if you missed Thunder, you missed the return of Steven Regal. Regal came out after Dave Taylor and Fit Finley were arguing after a tough loss against Beniot and Saturn and almost came to blows. After Regal came down and even though no one officially heard what he said, the two partners shook hands and the three men left. So I can only expect that the three men from Europe will in fact form a three man stable in some way, shape, or form.

Speaking of returns, last night at WCW's house show at the Palace at Aurburn Hills, Michigan, Public Enemy returned to the company. Only Johnny Grunge competed in a hardcore match up with Hardcore Hak. If you wanted to know, Hak took the win.

It's been reported on the WCW hotline, that Torrie Wilson will be returning to Nitro on Monday. So if this is true Wilson will be in the house at the United Center in Chicago and most likely on the side of Ric Flair.

Rumor has it that Chris Jericho has turned down a 3 year deal worth 2.5 million from WCW and the contract including some of the profits from his merchandise. Well, I guess the Lion Heart is looking out for his future in stead of the present.

Expect an eight man tag to occur at Bash at the Beach that features mostly every major player in the Rap/Country angle. On one side will be
Rey Mysterio Jr., Konnan and No Limit
, Brad Armstrong and Swoll. Their opponents will be Curt Henning, Bobby Duncum Jr., Barry Windham, and Kendall Windham.

Some tidbits from Kevin Nash's appearance on Mark Madden's radio show. First off, he stated that Raven was not released from World Championship Wrestling and that he is recovering from a shoulder injury. So that puts an end to that rumor.

The other major thing that the WCW champ stated that if and when the Wolfpac reforms, Nash stated that it would be the Outsiders, Scott Hall and Nash, himself. Personally, I would think it would be a great move for WCW due to the fact that the original Wolfpac was Hall, Nash, and Syxx, and now only two remain, and only two belong.

Dave Scherer reports that Thursday's Live Thunder drew 3.3 rating. Well, the ratings seem to be a little bit higher as WCW puts more effort and more bis stars on their Thursday show as they prepare to do battle with Smackdown in the ratings.

George Epstein reports that because of the major signings of Sid, Master P, Rodman, and others, the WCW may be firing a some wrestlers. The wrestlers are as reported Scott Norton, Scott Putski, Vincent, Vampiro, Jerry Flynn, and Mikey Whipwreck. Even though WCW needs to let go of some of their wrestlers, I personally think that if they fire Whipwreck and big Flash Norton, it would be a huge mistake.

Well, that's it for today... First off the big announcement is coming soon, so hang tight, The People's Column by me, BIG Ry is up. Triple A should be putting up the application for all of you who want to be the next columnist(s) at The People's Wrestling Website soon. Maybe today or tomorrow. So until we meet again ciao people.
