Commentary and news

8/16/01:I hope everyone had a chance to catch the Hardyz on MTV's Tough Enough this past week. What an excellent chance for the potential superstars to learn from the best! I've added two new South Park pictues(thanks Biohazard), as well as a couple things from the September issue of WWF magzine. Once again if anyone has anything they would like to contribute or has any suggestions as to what should be on this page, please email me(jerichoholic1@collegeclub.com) and I'll see what I can do.

7/18/01:So I finally had a chance to add some new pictures. Although it's not much, at least it's something new. I'm still recovering from seeing V-H1's Bands on the Run winners, Flickerstick, in concert last night...awesome show, but on to the Hardyz. I've added pictures from the July and August issues of WWF Magazine. I've also added a new poll question.I'll try not to take so long until the next update.Congrats to Jeff on his Hardcore win. Thanks for being patient on the updates and rock on!

6/8/01:I've added a new poll question, as well as some links. Sorry this is all I can handle when it's almost 80 outside. I'll add some pics when it rains again!

5/14/01:I kind of forgot I had this section so I thought I'd write a little something. Congrats to Matt of his European title win and continuing reign. Congrats also to Jeff on his brief title reign as Intercontinental Champion. It's looking good for these 2. Lets hope they continue to be main event status. I've added a few new things today, one being a chatroom. I don't know if this is going to get used, but I'll give it a try. Check around for more updates and please if anyone has any suggestions, email them to me and I'll try to get it done. Thanks!

1/29/01: I finally got around to adding some more pictures. I've added the February 2001 WWF Magazine article on the Hardyz. I'll also be adding some more pictures from throughout that magazine as well as some from issues of WOW Magazine. Does anyone think Jeff looks better with his headband and puffy Bon Jovi hair? I'd like to see that headband more often again. Just a thought. Well I'll get back to work so I can add more things. Enjoy! And if there's anything anyone wants to see let me know and I'll see what I can do.

1/7/01: Happy New Year everyone. It's been a long time since I updated the site, but I'm starting to get some more time on my hands so I'm going to try to find some things to add. I know I've been saying this for months but I'm really going to try this time. I just saw the making for the Hardyz commercial for Chef Boyardee. Looks like it's going to be pretty funny. They looked like they were cold out there in the snow though, especially Jeff with his thin shirt! Once again if anyone has any personal pictures that you would want to contribute to the site(with full credit going to you of course) or would like their site added in the links, email me. A few people have mailed me about adding sites but I haven't had access to my account until now so if you could, please send them again so I can add them. I finally picked up the Tables, Ladders and Chairs tape and it's excellent. I'm also a huge Edge and Christian fan so this is a must have if you like either team or the Dudleyz for that matter. That's it for now. Good to be back and can't wait to hear from everyone again!

9/29/00: I've been trying to add a few new fan pics and some other stuff but haven't had time to upload right now. I've been very busy as of late. I went to see Pearl Jam! The best day of my life. Also I'm moving in two weeks so I'm trying to figure out if I'll still have intenet access to answer mail and do more updates. But I do need Danielle(HangTimeHardyz) to mail me because I've been trying to mail you but the address won't work so I'd appreciate it so I can ask you something about the pictures. Thanks for everyone for all the mail and for continuing to visit the page even though my updates are quite infrequent. Hopefully I can add new things soon!

7/12/00: I didn't realize how long it had been since I stopped updating. I went to a Raw show in June and got to see the Hardyz live again and it still is the best part of the show. I still haven't gotten the pictures developed yet but if they turn out that's one thing that I'll be adding, otherwise I still don't have the time to update with pics and stuff. I have been adding new links periodically and deleting some broken ones so be sure to check out that section. That's it for now!

2/28/00: Due to a loss of a lot of my image files, a lack of time and the abundance of Hardy Boyz sites I will no longer be updating this site. I will leave up what I do have left of the site, but I believe some of my pictures in certain categories have been deleted and I no longer have them in my documents. I will continue to add links that are requested and answer any mail I receive. Thanks to everyone who's come to the site and supported me. Continue to go to The Hardy'z official site and all the other sites that their great fans have created for them.

1/25/00: Another long haul until an update, but since there are like 50 other Hardy sites out there now I don't think anyone's starved for Hardy material. It was a great year for the Hardyz and the new year started off great with the Boyz on the cover of WWF's Raw magazine. Since this is quite exciting to be on the cover and they did have the match of the year,I thought I'd add the cover to the page. The only new things I will be adding will be pictures that people send me that they took at shows, signings or encounters with the Boyz. I will also continue to add any links that people send me. My pictures from the Smackdown show I went to didn't turn out so good so I'm not going to bother adding them. Maybe the next show will work out better! One more thing...how many times do the Hardy fans have to be teased with the Boyz winning the belts before they actually win them? This is getting old. Everyone knows they deserve the belts and it's what everyone wants so come on!

11/24/99: Well I finally got to see the Boyz in person last night and it was AMAZING. I went to Smackdown and they had a match against the Outlaws in a CAGE! Matt did an absolutely phenomenal moonsault off the top off the cage and the crowd went nuts and was chanting "Holy s**t". It was a great moment in Hardy history. Even though they are the true champs because Jeff legally dropped to the floor to win the match, the stupid ref was knocked out and of course X-pac came out and messed everything up so the Outlaws kept the titles. The crowd went nuts though when we thought the Hardyz the titles. Everyone was totally pissed so I think this feud is heating up with the Hardyz the favored team. I'll put pictures up of the Boyz when I get them back. Oh yeah there was also a crazy food fight with a whole slew of turkey's and Thanksgiving dinner and Matt was involved(got a turkey smashed right over his head, but looked to be having a good time). Everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

10/23/99: O.K. so it's been quite awhile since I had an update, but I haven't forgotten about the site or lost any of my Hardy passion. I've just been busy finishing up my college career and thinking about heading into the work force, so I haven't had much time for anything else. I don't really plan to add pictures of the Boyz after every t.v taping anymore because it became quite repetitive and all the other sites have them anyhow, so if you want those pics I suggest going to mattandjeffhardy.com or Lyn's wrestling pics in my links. I do plan on adding any exclusive photos I get at upcoming shows though. I'm going to Smackdown in November and hopefully I can get some shots of the Boyz if...please God...they're there. I'll also add any pics people send me of the Boyz and any links that people have. My Hardy faith is stronger than ever(especially after seeing those new pics in the most recent Raw magazine!) so check back now and again to see if I got off my butt and added anything. Long live the reign of the Hardyz!!!!! Also everyone don't forget to say a prayer or two for Droz...we miss ya Droz!

7/8/99: As most everyone already knows, the Hardyz are the new tag team champs! They defeated the Acolytes in an exciting title match this past Raw. They also started to have an interview with Terry Taylor afterwards, but they were interrupted by GTV of Droz and Prince Albert, so only Matt got to talk for a short time. I added 13 pictures from the match and the semi-interview. Great job to the Hardyz and kudos to the WWF for giving these guys the recognition they've earned. Hardyz!!!!!

7/5/99: The Hardy Boyz were on Heat last night and lost a match against Kane and X-Pac when X-Pac pinned Matt. Then the Acolytes came out and once again starting beating on the Boyz. Kane and X-Pac came to the rescue while the Boyz escaped. I added 11 pictures from the show. I've also added three new links-CMC's Wrestling Links, Hardy Boyz-Heart, Talent and Love for the Sport and The EDGE of Reality-Beyond the Tortured Soul.

7/4/99: It's been a good weekend so far for Hardy fans and it's going to get much better. The Boyz had an interview on Shotgun with Michael Cole. Both Matt and Jeff talked about their efforts as a tag team in the WWF. Then the Acolytes came out and gave them a pretty good beating. So much for their first in ring WWF interview. I finally got the King of the Ring pics up. They aren't of excellent quality, but they show some pretty good moves and you get the just of the match. I also added three new pics from wwf.com. Two are in the picture gallery and the other one is in Action Shots 2. And a big thank you goes out to Dee who was very very lucky to attend the recent Raw taping which will air tomorrow. She took a few pictures of the match and I've included them in the Fan Pics section. Thanks Dee! Not that I have to say it, but everyone be sure to watch this weeks Raw for a historic Hardy moment!

7/1/99: It's been a bit since the last update because my computer crashed. The Hardyz weren't on the week before last, but this past week saw them on Shotgun, Heat and King of the Ring. On Shotgun they went against Mark Henry and D-Lo Brown who had control of the first part of the match until the Hardyz started their high-flying moves to gain control. Then Mark Henry took control again until Viscera and Mideon came out and distracted him, so Jeff was able to finish off D-Lo for the win. Then on Heat they went against Christian and Edge in an even paced match until the Acolytes came out because they wanted to address Billy Gunn for stealing their belt. They beat up both teams so it ended in a draw. Then at King of the Ring they went against Gangrel and Edge to determine who would have a title shot. The Hardyz won after Gangrel accidently spit blood in Edges face allowing Jeff to pin him for the win. I added 7 pics from the Heat show and should hopefully have some pics from the ppv soon.

6/14/99: A good weekend for Hardy fans to watch the Boyz in action. They were on Shotgun in a match against Viscera and Mideon. A good match even though Viscera flattened Jeff with his splash. The Boyz ended up losing because they got viscious and used Michael Hayes kane as a clothesline, but the loss was worth seeing them get mean. Then on Sunday night Heat they went against The Brood in a six-man elimination match. As always with these two teams in opposing corners it was an excellent match. Gangrel got out first. Then Edge was eliminated, leaving Christian to go against all three. He pinned Hayes, then Jeff(after many failed efforts of course). This left Matt to save the team. It looked good for them because Matt was using some new moves and taking more risks, but then Too Much/Cool came out with their new rapper image and tore Matt out of the ring and beat on him, threw him back in and that little punk Christian pinned him. Oh well it was an interesting, fast paced show and I'm actually glad Christian is getting more singles action and recognition. I added 16 pics from the show as well as a link to another Hardy Boyz site-Official Unofficial Push the Hardy Boyz.

6/9/99: Very little Hardy action again this week, but they did have a small part on this weeks Raw. They came out during a Brood/Acolytes match and beat up on Christian who was standing at ringside. They pummeled on him all the way up the ramp until Edge rescued him. I added two pics from the night.

6/5/99: Another Shotgun match and another win for the Hardyz. They went against Goldust and Meanie again. Once again a team that usually bores me tremendously, but the Hardyz made it an exciting match. Great moves and teamwork that ended in a win with a DDT/neckbreaker by Jeff. I love the Shotgun matches! Unite and keep the Hardy faith.

6/1/99: No matches on any of the shows this week, but the Boyz did have a brief appearance on Raw last night. They came out during a Christian match and beat on him until the rest of the Brood came out. Then the Brood ganged up on Michael Hayes who eventually had to be pulled out of the ring by Matt and Jeff. I added five pictures from the show.

5/27/99: I've added three new pics from a WWF house show in Richmond, Virginia on May 16th. Dee attended this show and was nice enough to send the pictures along. She said they wrestled a very good match against Too Much and won. There's two pictures of the match in the Action Shots 2 Picture Gallery. There's also an excellent picture of Matt signing autographs before the show in the Picture Gallery section. Thanks a lot to Dee who was fortunate enough to go to this show and get these exclusive pics.

5/25/99: The Hardys went against Kaientai last night on Raw. They won with an allright performance. The moves were a little sloppy, but nobody probably cared due to the mood of the night. A great show considering the circumstances and another win for the Boyz. I added 13 pics from the match.

5/24/99: All thoughts and prayers go out to the family, friends and fans of Owen Hart who passed away last night in an accident at Over the Edge. Owen was a tremendous athlete and great entertainer who will be missed by many in and out of the ring. If you would like to send cards to the Hart family send them to: The Hart Family 435 Patina Place SW, Calgary Alberta, Canada T3H 2P5 . It was a big night for the Hardys on Heat with a lot of involvement of their part. First they came out during a match with Brian Christopher and attacked him, causing a loss to Meat. Then they had a backstage interview and Matt talked! Good to see some mic skills emerging. They also had a phenomenal match against the Blue Meanie and Goldust. You know they're a good team when they make a match with these two losers interesting! Once again awesome teamwork and amazing moves(Jeff's suicidal jump over the top rope onto Goldust was one of the many highlights). They won the match with little trouble, but then that pesky Brood gave them a drenching bloodbath. Oh well they look good in red! I added 19 pictures from the Hardy packed Heat. Enjoy!

5/18/99: Absolutely amazing match between the Hardy's and Brood last night on Raw. Definitely the best match of the night and one of the best of the year so far. If this match is any indication of what the feud will be like it's bound to be a good one. The match was a six man with the Brood vs. the Hardy's and their new manager/partner Michael Hayes(believe it or not this former Freebird still has some moves left in him). J.R. spent most of the match blabbing about Rock's sledgehammer "injuries" rather than calling the non-stop fast moves by both teams(what a concept...two teams that can actually wrestle). The match ended when everyone was either counted out or disqualified when Hayes threw Matt out of the ring onto everyone else. Excellent team work between the Boyz and Hayes and it looks to only get better. I added two pics from the Heat appearance and 15 pics from Raw. The stills show how amazing some of these moves were, paticularly by Jeff, although everyone was doing exceptional moves.

5/17/99: It was a big weekend for the Hardy Boyz with both Shotgun and Heat appearances. On Shotgun they went against Hack Myers and Chris Nelson and of course won against these unknown jobbers. Amazing match with two perfect hurancanranas by Jeff on Myers. They won with a double team neckbreaker type move that looked like it went wrong, but it did the job. Then the big news came on Heat with the start of the new gimmick. Brood got bloodbathed and it was revealed to be by Michael Hayes(Dok Hendrix) and the Boyz who were standing at the head of the ramp. Then they had an partial interview with Hayes and the Boyz until Brood came back and a brawl took place. The Boyz are lookin' real good with the hair down and new black outfits. No mic time yet by the Boyz, but they're gonna be on Raw tonight so hopefully we'll hear from them. I added a new group of pics I've been meaning to put up for awhile of the Boyz against the Serial Thrillaz. Thanks to Walt for providing these. Good to see the angle finally taking place. Let the reign of the Hardyz begin!

4/24/99: Another Shotgun win for the Hardy's! I know it's only Shotgun, but at least it's something. It was a three way with Too Much and D.O.A. The other teams turned on each other, Jeff got dumped on his head outside the ring(again), and Matt rolled up Brian Christopher for the win. Good match with quick moves by the Boyz. I added two new pics of Matt in the picture gallery. Thanks to Walt for these pics. I also found some more South Park pics, but once again I don't know where I got them, so I can't credit the proper person. But I added them in the South Park section. That's all for now...keep the Hardy faith!

4/18/99: A Shotgun match again this week. The Boyz went against the Brood in an evenly balanced match. Both teams were exceptional and it was hard to tell which side was in control throughout the match. In the end Brood won, but not without a good show from the Hardy's. I'm moving all pics of fans and the Boyz into a fanpage section. I added a picture of the Boyz with some young fans, so thanks to Dee for that one(her kids in the pic). Jeff looks possessed! I've also added a new link to Wicked Walt's Southern Championship site. I'll be adding a few pics Walt sent me as soon as I can figure out how to download them. So thanks to him ahead of time. The Hardy's have an entrance video at wwf.com, but I'm not able to load it onto my page, but be sure to go check it out. Love that upbeat Hardy music!

4/10/99: Another Shotgun performance by the Hardy Boyz and this time they won...whoo hoo! They went against Public Enemey and won by DQ because P.E. smashed Jeff through their table. Their performance was really impressive, so a win was deserving even if it was by DQ. I have some new pics to add and an article, when I get around to it. Thanks a bunch to Chick for these pics, the Boyz autographs, and the article. She has a killer Edge page I added to my links:Edge6:32 Double the Man...love that name. That's all the Hardy news for now!

4/6/99: Just a quick note to mention that I put a new pic up in the Picture Gallery of a fan and the Boyz. I think he's from Texas. He has a site titled Sweet Chin Music Central and the url is www.swt.edu/~org49798. This pic was taken from the Opening Bell section where he puts up pics of him and his friends at events and the people that they met. So thanks to him for letting me put it up.

4/5/99: The Hardy Boyz were on Shotgun in a four way tag match with Too Much, D.O.A., and Public Enemy and Too Much won. Everyone jumped on top of P.E. for the pin and Jeff was on top of the heap so I think the Hardy's should've won, but somehow Too Much did. Good show by the Boyz anyhow. I rented "Three Faces of Foley" because I heard the Hardy's were in it. They just sat there while Mick told his story, but they occasionally said a comment or two and they looked dang good, so it was worth my Hardy investment. Plus the video was really good regardless of Hardy involvement.

4/1/99: Although they weren't seen on t.v. at the Wrestlemania party, the Hardy Boyz were in attendance. The Boyz both got tossed out in the "tag title shot battle royal" on Heat. I really had my hopes up on that one. Oh well I'll keep the faith that they get a title shot soon. I have a bunch of pics from previous matches to add, hopefully in the next couple of days.

3/22/99: Well the house show was awesome, but no Hardy's. Heard they were in MCW the night before though, so I didn't get my hopes too high. I bought tickets for another show so maybe next time! The Boyz were on Shotgun this week and lost to Owen and Jeff. Debra distracted Jeff with her hooters and it was all downhill from there(no pun intended). Jeff was executing some awesome moves throughtout the whole match though. Heard they lost on Heat too but I missed it because I was at the house show. Let's hope this script changes soon!

3/18/99: The backstage Heat pics are up in the Action Shots section. Thanks to Tyger for the pics and check out her Edge site in my links.

3/16/99: I added some action shots and a list you can subscribe to and talk about the Boyz latest happenings. Thanks Jay! The Boyz were on Sunday Night Heat briefly. They got beat up by Mankind backstage, but damn Jeff looked good! I should be getting some pics from Heat within a few days.

3/13/99: The Hardy Boyz were on "Shotgun" this weekend. They went against Too Much and lost because D.O.A cheated. Matt was carrying the match because it looked like Jeff hurt his leg. It was really stupid that they had Too Much win because the Hardy's were in control the entire match and deserved the win. I'm going to a WWF house show this Sunday and am hoping beyond hope that the Boyz will be there. Not sure how many house shows they do though. We'll see.
