SAIGON/HO CHI MINH CITY
Saigon was the capital of South Vietnam. After 1975, Saigon was renamed Ho Chi Minh City, but one district of the city is still named Saigon. It is the largest city in Vietnam, with a population of almost 6 million. There are 2.5 million motorbikes in HCM City.
