Drastic Mezures: This barely deserves to be called malt liquor. It tastes like someone mixed some bad Budweiser with some flat Colt 45 and can be described as lackluster at best. I've never been a fan of the wide-mouth and thats another bad thing it's got going for it, because I've never seen it in a small-mouth. Overall I think Hurricane's lacking in taste and strenght and is a sorry ass excuse for malt liquor. Updated review: I just got the new small mouth w/neck label and the taste is as bad ever, however, the strength seems to be way up from what it used to be. It caught me by suprise because I had a Mickeys a few days before this and they're usually around the same strength but this blew Mickeys away.

Ghetto V says: Nicknamed carlicane cause carl loves this stuff I bought one on july 4 and realized why I haven’t had one in so long it’s like being skunked fresh from the factory. Maybe carl got a strong stomach from all those days working at taco bell.

Tight Rope: This is one of those beverages that generally is lacking all around. There is a distinctive alcohol flavor that just dosn't mix with the rest of the 40's flavor. Could be better if the alcohol flavor mixed better with the malt.
