Adair's Tips for Making Your Workout Fun
1. Before your personal training session, pick out 1 or 2 CDs to play that lift your spirits and put you in the mood to move.
2. If it's a nice day out, consider having your training session in a nearby park. Just give me a call and let me know if you'd like to change locations.
3. Remeber: This is not a gym--it's just going to be the two of us which means there's no pressure to worry about what you're wearing, how thin you look or how much you can bench press. The point is for you to feel comfortable and enjoy working out. So relax and have a good time!
