You're looking at what 2 days ago, was a picture of
the New York City Skyline. You see the Brooklyn Bridge and what were once
2 of the most amazing and wonderful buildings in Downtown New York City,
The Twin Towers, which no longer stand. Surrounding them were buildings 5
and 7 of the World Trade Center, which too have fallen. As of today,
there are concerns of many other buildings coming down or
having structural damange. We've worked in or near these buildings, we've
shopped there, we've eaten there, some have visited there or seen
them in movies, we've met our friends there and taken trains
there, we've gone to training there, we've walked and driven
past there so many times and have viewed them as pillars of New
York. No one should ever forget their beauty and their meaning to our wonderful
City. But mostly, no one should ever forget the thousands upon thousands
of people, who on September 11, 2001, were killed in a horrible death, as
the buildings were hit by terrorists, after hijackers took hold of American
planes, literally crumbling the buildings to the ground and freezing time
for all Americans.
If you are viewing this page during this tragic and
horrific time in history, or if you have come to this page sometime in the
future, please take a moment to bow your head and pray for the all of the
innocent and unknowing people who went to work that day, and never came home,
as well as their families and the hundreds of rescue worker's who fought
to save them, and didn't make it out alive.
God Bless Them All - May They All Rest In Peace
And God Bless Their Families And Friends
Additionally, our love and prayers to all of our friends
and loved ones in the
Army, Navy, Airforce and Marines who, as of today, September 13, 2001, are
now on alert. May God be with you.
On the next pages, are pictures of New York City during
this tragic time. They are graphic, please do not continue if you are
not ready to view them.
