This is the homepage for Alleycat's K-1 Ring of Gold. It's dedicated to all of us who are in the process of or who have completed the process of obtaining a K-1 visa.
Since starting this page, I have found other people that have went through different procedures of obtaining a visa for their loved ones. The I-130 Visa, this is a visa petition you submit to get your "wife or husband" into the states. They have already married in another country and are now trying to be able to start their lives together in the USA.
This apparently, is done quite frequently, and I feel the pain of those people as well, so this is no longer just a K-1 ring of gold, it is plainly, a ring of gold. So, you may find the method and stories of people that have gone through the immigration process this way when you browse through the ring.
If you want to see which pages are I-130's and K-1's hit list sites on the ring below and it will list each page detailing the description of their site, thus telling you if it's a K-1 page, or a I-130 page.
These pages will tell the many stages of obtaining a K-1 visa and I-130 individuals storys on how we "came to meet" our significant others, and our triumphs and set backs.
Do you want to join the ring?
If you have your own personal K-1 home page, or I-130 page, just fill out the form below. To be entered into the ring, I only ask a few things:
1. There must be some information about you and your partners I-129F/K-1/I-130 petition
2. Please enter the URL of either your main page. Please, when it arrives, place the HTML code in the same URL you entered in the form below.
Filling out this form will not immediately add you to the ring; your page will be added to the ring queue, where it will be reviewed for addition to the ring(I'm not really that picky). When your page is accepted, an email containing the html code to add to your page will be sent to you. When the code is added correctly, you will be added to the K-1 Ring of Gold.
From any one of the pages in the K-1 Ring of Gold, clicking on the "next" button would send you to the next page in the ring. If you continued to do so, you would end up back at the page you started from, having hit all of the sites in the ring in the meantime. If one of the pages is down or unreachable, you can click on "skip next", which will send you to the following page. You can also view the previous site, list the next five sites or go to a random site in the ring.
Once you've submitted this form you will be given your site ID#, and I will also send you an email with the html fragment of the ring for you to add to your page. Please don't forget to grab these graphics below, and download them to your hard drive.
