Every now and again the title banner will be decorated for some purpose or another. Generally it is in celebration of a holiday, but some special events have been a cause as well. Here is a gallery of past banners that have graced the Gathering.
Holidays
4 February: Gopher Gathering's Birthday.
14 February: Valentine's Day.
The Spring: Easter Sunday.
1 April: April Fool's Day 2003.
31 October: Halloween 2001.
There was no 2002 banner.
November: Thanksgiving.
25 December: Christmas Day.
Special Events
December 2001: A gift for Ian.
5 March 2002: Josh's HMS Pinafore show.
