Modifications

General Modifications

On almost all guns you can take it apart and stretch the main spring. This adds a couple of feet to the range.

On all cocking guns you can put a rubber band through the eye of the cocker and put the other end around the handle. Repeat with many rubber bands at own desire. The most I put on is three to four. This will add up to 10 feet on range.

Specific Gun Modifications

Crossbow

The crossbow is ok unmodified, but modified it is a snyper machine. First, open up the Crossbow. The Crossbow has a simple inside and is very easy to put back together. There is a long yellow tube connecting the air chamber to the ammo chamber. Disconnect it and remove the spring. Then cut the yellow tube so it is about 1 inch long. Connect the chambers so the barrel will now come out of the hole in the front of the gun. Stretch the main spring alot while it is open. When it is ready, put the case back together. If you want to put a couple rubber bands through the eye of the cocker and put the end around the place where the ammo use to be. If done correctly, the will look like the image at the bottom of this paragraph. If u want (I did it) you can saw the back of the gun off so it is a small pistol. It makes it look really cool and is MUCH smaller.

Bow 'n Arrow

The Bow 'n Arrow is very easy to modify. Saw off about 1/2 inch on the barrel. Then sand it down so it dosen't tear the darts. This will give the Bow 'n Arrow more range, power, and the ability to fire darts. Put a little bit of tape around the barrel also to increase the range. The tape makes the arorow stay on longer to gain more momentum. Too much tape decreases range though, I suggest you try various ammounts of tape to get the best match.

Sharpshooter II

Open up the gun and stretch the main spring a ton. Then tape up the holes on the barrels so no air can escape. Put the gun back together. It is extremely hard to do but it is possible. It took me about 1 hour to do so and by then I was about to shoot myself. In other words, I know how you feel about getting it back together. When you get it together, put three to four rubber bands on the gun. Now you have a death pistol. Everyone will think it is a shit gun, but you will show them. Trust me, this modification is worth every bit of it.

The second way to modify your ss2 is just as good as the first way if not better. It will make the gun fire both barrels at the same time pretty far. It will only be able to fire two darts at a time though. This is a totaly reversalble modification. Take apart the gun as usual and strech the main spring alot. Tape the holes on the barrel again. This time remove the green thing that causes the air to go a certain way. Then use duct tape (or anything stronger) to seal the two barrels to the air chamber. Put the gun back together and put three to four rubber bands on the gun. Now you have a shotgun!

Lock 'n' Load

This modification is really easy. First take off the outer shell of the gun (the big thing you cock) and throw it away. Now your left with the small purple body. Take it apart(dont forget the one odd screw on the barrel on the opposite side), and you will see the indsides are really easy. Stretch the main spring alot, pull/twist the rod out of the barrel (with pliers), and then assemble it back together. Now you have to make the cocking device. Find a key ring or something else you wanna use and hotglue it to the cocking rod. Thats it, now it shoots farther and shoots larami darts!

Auto-Grip

This mod is really easy (I choose the downscale version of it). Just take apart the gun and tape the holes in the barrel! Thats all I did and it shoots much further. I tried other peoples mods but the defeated the purpose of the gun, to have it attach to your wrist as a backup!

Defender T-3

This mod is another qucik easy one but helps. Like the Bow mod, saw off the end of the barrel (be careful, saw off just the end nub cap or your barrel will lack efficiency b/c it will be too short). The put a little tape around the barrel like the Bow mod. Now take apart the small handgun, and you will see the insides are really easy. Just stretch the main spring and put it back together. Thats it, it should help increase range by 10-20 feet!

Ripsaw

The Ripsaw modification is well worth it. First take apart the gun and saw off the plastic tab that whenever you pull the trigger, it stops the next ball from comming down. Now put the gun back together. There is a lip at the top of the tube that holds the balls. Saw this off too. Get a large funnel and saw the large end down enough so a ball roll through well. Duct tape the funnel to the tube that holdes the balls. Now you a 25 shot automatic.
