When I was a little girl I would visit my Sicilian grandmother (Nonna) and watch her cook. I wrote this cookbook to preserve her recipes for my daughters. I have tried to create a cookbook that is fun, easy to follow, simple to prepare using inexpensive ingredients, and delicious. This cookbook is not fancy, but it is a practical and useful addition to your kitchen.
