The Board of Trustees is composed of three members who serve for staggered periods of one to three years each.  The trustees are elected at the annual meeting (check the News section for information on when and where the next meeting will occur).

The Board is empowered to make any and all decisions relating to the building, for example: negotiating contracts for upkeep and maintenance; setting of condo dues and special assessments; rules regarding everyday life in the building; rules for special circumstances such as "Red, White and Boom".

Any owner can run for the Board, but only one person per unit can run (i.e. you and your significant other can not both serve on the board at the same time!).  The current board is composed of:
