Lentil Tomato Loaf

this is sort of like a stuffing. though it also taste
great cold in a wrap.this is the kind of food i was
raised on.. hope you enjoy it :)

1 cup lentils-cooked
i can tomato soup (no water )
1/2 cup onions sauted
1/2 cup celery sauted
2 tsp salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp thyme
4 slices bread- crumbled
2 tbsp oil

mix bread with soup. Add lentils cooked almost dry,
onions, celery, garlic & remaining ingredients. mix
well and bake in loaf pan at 350F for 45 minutes.
