 This is Momoko's ring. She uses this and the magic phrase: "Oiro Naoshi, Angel Amour Peach!" To transform into Wedding Peach! "Wedding Beautiful Flower" Is what she says when she has powered up as Wedding Peach and gets a wedding dress.
Momoko uses this mirror to defeat her enemies with her "Saint Mirror Bridal Flash" attack.
