I am Margie Etter, daughter of William E. Etter and Ella E. Seymour. I am married to Paul Heddlesten. I now live in Springdale, Arkansas, but home is the small town of Fletcher, Oklahoma.
I became interested in genealogy in 1977 after reading the the "Portlock History" by Eva (Portlock) Wright. At the time, I thought just two surnames, my husband's and mine. Little did I know that there were more than one surname each and that it has no ending. Besides our lines, I am also working on my friends, Carolyn and Joe, and Pat and Tom's lines..
