How long has it been since I updated this page? Too long. Sorry about that. Anyway, welcome to the page dedicated to the Space Ghost comics. Here you will find basic plots summaries of the Space Ghost comics which I have been able to read, as well as a few pictures from them. I noticed that I couldn't find anything on the internet about them when I first started out, so here they are, in all their glory.

This first comic is the 1987 Comico comic entitled "Space Ghost: The Sinister Spectre." It was drawn by Steve Rude. The plot is as follows:

Zorak breaks out of the omega prison (taking Creature King, the Lurker, and Brak with him) to take his revenge with Space Ghost. In the background, a mysterious person (who helped with Zorak's escape) is also plotting his revenge with Space Ghost. Space Ghost (with Jan, Jayce, and Blip) are lured to Zorak's hideout where Creature King, the Lurker, Brak, Metallus, and Zorak each take turns in trying to defeat him. In the end, the mysterious person is revealed and a fight follows. Who do you think wins?

This was actually a really good comic! I give it four stars because the artwork was nice and the plot was very creative. Here's two pictures from the comic:

This next comic is the 1997 Archie comic entitled: "Cartoon Network Presents Space Ghost." In this comic, Space Ghost (again with Jan, Jayce, and Blip) are ambushed by Brak and Tansit while answering a distress signal from a "crashed" ship. During the confrontation, Brak and Tansit vaporize Space Ghost, but since he is already a ghost, he is not really dead. The villains take Jan and Jayce to their hideout, while Space Ghost and Blip go to rescue them. I think you can figure out how it all turns out. The second comic is a short one called: "Trapped in a Time Bot!" Space Ghost is sent to the planet where Dino Boy lives after a fight with Metallus. Space Ghost manages to save the people of the planet and return home within no time. Here are some pictures (sorry there is only one at this time!).

This comic recently came out last December from Cartoon Network Starring entitled: "45 Minutes Until Showtime!" Basically, Space Ghost is given a call to rescue the Gorzon people from the Schemer and the Collector about 45 minutes before the start of his show. The second comic is one page and is about Black Widow taking Jan and Jayce hostage. Space Ghost then comes to their rescue. This comic was really funny! I enjoyed it very much, especially the Batman thing at the end. I give it 5 stars! (However, I would have liked to have seen Brak in it...) Here are some images (all of Zorak).

Also, here's my other page that has images from this comic: click here!

The also farely recent comic from Cartoon Network Starring Space Ghost Coast to Coast is called "Wotta Felon" Here's a description direct from the DC Website: (visit it here.) "Tearing the lid off the behind the scenes world of Space Ghost Coast to Coast! This time, Space Ghost's slideshow leads to a flashback of his first meeting with Zorak. See Jan and Jayce when they were little kids, and meet the bizarre menace of... Mr. Chumsy? Plus, Brak stars in his very own comic book story for the first time."

And that's basically what happens. It's actually very funny how they met (but you'll have to read it to find out.) Also, I loved how Brak came in at the end and showed them his own comic that he made while recovering from the radiation effects (it's called: "Goin' to the Store!"), so I give this comic 5 stars! Here's a picture of the cover and a couple pictures.

This last comic book is the most recent in the Cartoon Network Starring series. Here's the description, also direct from the official DC Comics Website (see above): "There's big trouble on and off the set of Space Ghost: Coast-to-Coast! Space Ghost is desperate to look cool on camera, so desperate he's sent Zorak and Moltar to pick up the right outfit ‹ in the cruiser! It's a day of destruction in "Phantom Cruisin'."

This was also, in my opinion, a really good comic also. I love how Zorak and Moltar always seem to reek destruction wherever they go! Anyway, here is the cover of the comic, with a few other scans.
