I feel such gratitude for the magnificent world He made that is my best earthly teacher, for the great souls from whom I have gathered truth along the way---and for the priceless legacy of written wealth that has become a part of me---that I can say with Emily Dickinson,: This is my letter to the world that never wrote to me."

In deep appreciation I try to say between the lines,"This is my letter to the world that has written to me everyday of my life in a multitude of ways, and spoken in a thousand voices to shape all that I am."

While my prayer is that truth or beauty be sharpened for some as these interludes touch,I claim only sincerity of intent;and speak primarily to those who move with the music they hear,as they turn deaf ears to the dull ones who still cry,

"Conform!Conform!"
