This is when Neil was still with Seven Nations. The first four recordings for Seven Nations included him.

click for Bur

Bur maneuvers his way around bagpipes, acoustic and electric guitars, mandolin, whistles, keyboards and odd bits of percussion with the charisma of the introspective soloist. Entertaining audiences of all ages with wry Aussie charm, Bur's exceptional one man show touches the dominion of modern Celtic music with real purpose.

Much of what Jack Avalon has seen of the world amounts to fleeting glimpses captured from the window of a tour bus. Early in Jack's career, former Eagles member Joe Walsh recruited the young musician from his antipodean homeland while touring Australia. Stemming from his work as guitarist and backup vocalist, Jack eventually found himself in the company of such seasoned players as Skunk Baxter of Steely Dan, Keith Emerson of Emerson, Lake and Palmer, and the late John Entwhistle of The Who. These 70's rockers became his mentors as they toured Japan and the US, gifting Jack with tidbits of equipment, questionable advice and shining examples of what not to wear. Inspired by what he had learned from his travels, Jack soon left his home in Sydney, Australia for life in the fast lane. What he inevitably found was that it helped to have wheels. An enormous wood-paneled station wagon named 'Bertha' had four, and that was at least enough to get things rolling. In the space of five years Jack played in famous rock venues like The Troubadour and Milwaukee's Shank Hall. He toured the festival circuit, appeared on ER and sang backup on numerous studio sessions. He performed on LA's KROQ and the Mark and Brian Show on KLOS. More recently, Jack has dabbled in the black art of filmmaking, and has produced, edited, and scored many commercials and independent film projects through his production company, Crash Hot Productions.
