Any contestant that sends in her entry form and $50.00 registration fee
by October 31, 2000 will receive the following:

~ $65.00 off entry fees
~ a full page in the program book to personalize
~ a special gift from the state director

All fees and entries must be received by May 1, 2001. No exceptions!!
