When the Second Impact occured, Antarctica melted. Penguins were forced to evolve and migrate to the hot springs of Japan. PenPen is one of these penguins, who seem to resemble rockhopper penguins. He is currently the pet of Misato Katsuragi.
PenPen lives in one of Misato's two fridges, and enjoys taking long baths (they remind him of the hot springs of his youth, of course). He also seems to like eating ramen and fish, and drinking beer. His best friends are Misato (supplier of beer and lodging) and Hikari (supplier of hugs).
PenPen is very picky and thinks he's the head of the household. He is the animal mascot for NGE.
Fun Fact: PenPen was once Fed Exed to a hot springs resort by Kaji.
For all of you who don't know, PenPen is the main character in the series "Neon Genesis Evangelion". Well, okay, a supporting character. A background character. Okay, fine! PenPen is one of the smallest characters in the show! Happy? Are you? Huh? Well, at least PenPen's the cutest. Well, Kaji is pretty cute... but that's different!!!
Anyhoo, this is a page dedicated to the frisky feline, er, penguin. You can get more of PenPen by watching Evangelion. Too bad the final movie had no PenPen in sight. Oh, poo. Just look around.
