Can Anyone Tell Me What is Happening Here?

This happens to me when I am sleeping. I don't know what wakes me up. But I will wake up and I am paralized! I know that I am awake, but I cannot move! I can't speak, either. This sends me to panick. I have been told that it sounds like I was trying to astrally project out of my body and felt myself start to slip out. But when I hear or read other people describe an experience of astrally projecting, they never say they are paralized or that it causes them fear. Even if they don't understand what is happening. I have heard though, that your body does paralyze before you slip out of it. I would like to become comfortable with this, if that is what I am doing, and be in control of it, so I can consciously choose where to visit! I have many places I would love to go!

Does Anyone Know About Dream Interpretations?

My only recurring dream...... I rarely have it. But I dream of haunted houses. These dreams are 'terrifying', also. I never have nightmares (knock on wood) except for this dream. And it is rare when I have it. What is the interpretation of haunted houses in dreams?
