Program Synopsis

Three Years ago... 71 aliens calling themselves the Companions establish themselves in countries throughout the world. Anatomically different from us, they possess a phenomenal knowledge of science and technology vastly superior to ours. The Companions cured the world's most dreaded diseases and rid the Earth of hunger and pestilence. They put an end to global divisions. Their power and presence grows as they become an invaluable resource to the world's governments.

Despite the extraordinary changes implemented by the Companions, suspicion of their true purpose gives rise to an underground resistance. Even still, the majority of people on Earth do not suspect that the aliens' advanced science and culture constitutes a potential danger to the human race.

Why no Season 1 and 2 DVDs?

ADV only has the rights to Seasons 3-5, while Universal has the rights to Seasons 1 & 2 per an older agreement, and as of yet, there has been no mention as to when they would be releasing these two seasons other than a press release ages ago when they said that they would. Emails to Universal have been unresponsive.
