Do Angels Cry
To have and to hold
To love and to honor
Simple words spoken with love long ago
Sealed with a kiss as a tear drops on a freckled face
Hearts so filled with love
Makes me want to dance and sing..
A tiny child smiling up at me
Surely this is a gift from heaven
Tears of joy and a heart so filled with love
I think I've heard an angel sing..
Another blessing from above
Our hearts and home are filled with love
Tears of joy as I thank the lord
For having you to love and hold..
Tears come easily to these eyes
Tears of joy and sadness too
What is it that makes this heart so blue
Is it afraid of losing you
With love in our hearts we can try
I wonder , do angels ever cry?
