Mr. Lyle-Lyle was first seen in the begining of the second season. He was brought in with Brigette by the Centre to help Miss Parker, Sydney, and Broots locate and capture Jarod. But Jarod found out that he was using the Centre's money to make deals with some people. Jarod told some people and he went when Lyle was transacting a deal worth 25 million dollars. Jarod intercepted it and took it. Then Lyle got in trouble with the people he was dealing with and they cut off his thumb. He then disapered for a little while. He came back and sent Jarod an e-mail that said to me him. Jarod only believed it because it said it was from Sydney. So he went and he was caught by Lyle. Lyle was going to cut off his thumb and make him his partner. But Kyle came and saved Jarod. Jarod was amazed because Kyle was supposed to be dead. Then Miss Parker and Syndey came. Lyle grabbed Miss Parker because he and Kyle had a gun and they were dualing. Then Lyle said Kyle would have to shoot Miss Parker to shoot him. Miss Parker kicked him and got loose and Kyle shot Lyle in the arm, but Lyle shot back at Jarod. Kyle jumped in front of him and died. Lyle escaped.
Later, Jarod sent Miss Parker and Sydney information about Lyle. They went to his Hight School reunion. They found out that Mr. Lyle, or Bobby, was supposedly killed by his father. He had supposedly beheaded him. But Jarod told them that Lyle was the one that beheaded his friend and framed his father. Miss Parker found him and confronted him with this information. She was going to shoot him, but he turned around as if to leave, so she lowered her gun. He whipped around and shot at her but she shoot him first. He fell into the water and was presumably dead. The officials found a head and a thumbless hand, so they thought that it was Lyle. Later on, Lyle came back and Miss Parker had found out that her twin brother was either Angelo or Lyle. Lyle helped Sydney get out of the blame for the bomb in the basement and Miss Parker found out that Lyle was her twin.
Lyle also sent away for mail-order brides and killed them. He was equally upset when they found out that Brigette and their father were getting married. When Miss Parker wanted to leave with Thomas, he pretended to act in her support, but Tommy was killed. When Mr. Parker was kiddnapped by Jarod, he chased after Sydney and Jarod's dad because Brigette told them that Raines was going to have their father killed. After Miss Parker got shot, he chased Jarod and they caught him.
