British Columbia U 21, U 23 and Senior he has also played
for Canada U 23 and was capped for Canada's XVs team in 2000.
Played in the New Zealand NPC in the 2000 season. First selected
for Punta del Este he then played on the Quarter Final side
in Hong Kong and finally in Japan in 1998. Canada's fastest
player, he scored three tries against Fiji in Quarter-final
match at the Commonwealth Games. He has played for the Penguins
Invitational Sevens which won the Middlesex Sevens , and represented
Canada in Sevens in 1999 and 2000.

30 tries and 1 conversion for 152 points in the IRB World
Sevens series 1999-2000. Member of the Canada team which won
the Plate at 2000 New Zealand Sevens and won the Cup at the
2000 Chile Sevens ( RWC Sevens qualifying event for the Americas.)
Scored
6 tries in the first two WSS Tournaments of 2000-2001 series,
and a further try in the New Zealand Tournament in February,
for a total of 35 points. In the Rugby World Cup of Sevens
of January 2001, where Canada finished in the top eight, Fred
scored six tries in the Tournament.
