Small amount of crochet yarn (I used Knit-Cro Sheen)
Top:
Row 1: Chain 10, sc in second chain from hook, dec over next two sts, sc 1, dec over next 2 sts; twice, sc in last chain. (6sts)
Row 2: Sc across (6 sts)
Row 3: Sc in first chain, dec over next 2 sts; twice, sc in last chain. (4 sts) DO NOT END OFF.
Ch 29, end off.
attatch thread to top of other corner, and ch 29.
On bottom corners attatch yarn and chain 32 sts on each.
Skirt: Ch 21
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch and across, ch 1, turn(20)
Row 2: Sc 9, inc in next st, sc in next 10sts, ch 1, turn(21)
Row 3: Sc 4, inc in next st, sc 5, inc in next st, sc 5, inc in next st, sc 4, ch 1, turn(24)
Row 4: inc 1 in first st, sc across, inc in last st, ch 1, turn(26)
Row 5-7: Sc across(26)
Row 8: Ch 3, sl st in next st around, finish off.
Finishing: Sc a row on each side of opening of skirt. When finished sl st in top corner of each side chaining 30 on each side.
