Fushigi Yuugi is the story of a young girl named Miaka Yuki who finds herself the main character inside an enchanted book, the Universe of the Four Gods. This book is the story of the reader who is trapped inside the book until its conclusion. Miaka finds herself agreeing to become the Priestess of Suzaku to save the Konan empire and to have her wishes come true. This is the story of Miaka and the adventures she has as the Priestess of Suzaku.
