Aimee: Current project, Family Circles (coming soon!). Other stories, Skeletons, Hostages, and The Joy of Christmas (which can be read at Welcome to Sweetwater).

Hmmm....okay. My name is Aimee, but my friends here at school call me Tupelo (because I'm from Tupelo, Mississippi----The birthplace of Elvis Presley if you're a fan, if you're not, please forget I even meantioned it!:)----and also because there were three other Amy's/Aimee's on my floor last year. So the name just kinda stuck:). You can call me either name, I answer to both! Anyway, I am a senior here at Evangel University, in Springfield, Missouri (whoo hoo! only two months to graduation!!!). I am majoring in government, which means I have absolutely no idea what I'm going to be doing in two months! I will eventually go to graduate school, but for now, I have no clue what to do with my life! One day though, I want to work in human rights in Eastern Europe and the Middle East (of course my real goal is to rule the world, but we'll see how that turns out ;-)! My favorite color is yellow, just in case you were wondering (which I'm sure you probably weren't, but hey! I told you anyway:), and besides Young Riders, I love reading, shopping (of course being a college student, I don't usually have the money to do that:), going to the theater (Le Miserables is my absolute favorite!!!), the movie Ever After, and just being in charge!

Now, about my writing. Let's see, I've been making up stories all my life, but I never really wrote them down before. I love to write essays for school (I know, I know:), but fiction always gave me lots of trouble. Then one day I stumbled upon Young Riders fan fiction, and thought to myself "Hey! I could do that!" You see, Young Riders has been my favorite show since I was twelve (and I haven't had the same favorite anything else for even half that long:), and my best friend and I used to make up our own "episodes" and act them out (of course we both wanted to be Lou, but that couldn't be; so we took care of that problem by creating Eli, whom you can read all about in my story Skeletons:). So I sat down to write my first story, and now I'm hooked!

Wow! As you can probably tell by they way I've gone on and on so far, I really love to write! Anyway, I'd like to thank Kirsten for posting my stories and encouraging me to start the first one! And of course my best friend Becky for helping me come up with some of these ideas (they stuck in my head all these years!), and to Amy, my fellow TYR fan here at school (I can't wait to see that Buck story!:). And to everyone else who has encouraged me with all my stories! And of course, to all the other authors who provide such great stories for me to read! Thanks! You guys are all the best!

Aimee would love to hear from you! E-mail :)
