August and April- A New StartAfter Oliver died he left his wife and 4 five day old pups. Poor April had her hands filled with the babys running every were. As soon as the babys were weaned I introdusted a new mate for her. It took a while but they finely got along. I came home one day and 3 little squeakers were in their cage.I whent to eat dinner thinking she was done, and when I came back in the room there were 4 and she was having the last one! This was Aprils 4 litter. Her first litter was 4 (2 schimmels and 2 pied Blacks), second was 5 (2 pied blacks, 2 blacks [1 died] and 1 schimmel) And on the 3 litter she had 4 they all died at 1 day old. This Autumn I retired this Pair! April Now lives with her daughter and August lives with a step son Star.
